5 Star Burj Khalifa View Spacious 2BR Next to Dubai Mall

Great location and facilities are awesome. Pool with the view of the Burj. Playground area great for kids . Right in front of the Burj and Dubai Mall. Great communication with the host anytime we needed anything he would respond. We had to extend our stay because of the current events and he made sure to give us a discounted price.

The boulevard can be very noise specially at night.

Booked the apartment for a work trip with colleagues and it was perfect. Located right in the heart of Dubai, with plenty of great restaurants just downstairs. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a stunning full Burj Khalifa view. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable, and the host was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Ideal for both work and leisure — we will definitely book again!

Excellent Stay in Downtown Dubai! Perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. The apartment is very spacious and comes with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. There are many great restaurants right downstairs, and Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The location of the object is ideal, in close proximity to shopping facilities and attractions

The apartment is poorly maintained and clearly requires renovation and proper care. At check-in the apartment was not clean: there was trash, and we found various leftover items from previous guests inside the wardrobes. Some of the dishes were broken. The furniture is noticeably worn out and needs replacement or refurbishment. There is visible humidity in the apartment and an unpleasant smell. In the ventilation area there are visible signs that look like mold, which raises concerns about hygiene and maintenance. The bed linen is also of very low quality and does not correspond to the level of accommodation expected in this area of Dubai. Overall, the apartment requires significant improvement in maintenance, cleaning standards, and general condition before being offered to guests.
