Everything was good!

Superb location, the property being right next to the Dubai fountain, Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa makes it an attraction in itself. There was an amazing view from the balcony of the property as well as the swimming pool. The rooms were really comfortable, well arranged and clean. There were really good amenities which made our stay even better.

Host met us at near the location for which we were grateful. It would have been a bit difficult to find had they not met us, and they were great about staying in touch with us.

15 years ago, it was probably a luxury apartment. It is not now. We enjoyed our stay, but the master bath is filled with mold. My wife is very sensitive to mold rendering the master bath unusable. We had to keep the door tightly shut to keep any mold out of the bedroom. Secondly, the front door jam has been forcibly opened, breaking the supporting wood making the "deadbolt" ineffective. It seems like a very secure location, but we will put a suitcase in front of the door just for good measure.
