Worst hotel and customer service I've ever experienced

Horrible experience. I booked a room which had very different pictures as the one we were assigned. I traveled with a lot of very important documents so I asked before checking in if the room had a safe and they assured it did, but when I entered the room I noticed there was no safe, so I called and asked if I could get one or change rooms. They were very rude and said they didn't have any available. There were no towels, hand soap or even bathroom paper when we checked into our room and had to ask for some, it was also very dirty. Hot water is turned off every day from 10pm-6:50 am and at about 7 pm it started lightly raining and the power went off, we did not have a single window in our room to get light. We decided to check out after a couple of hours since we were extremely uncomfortable and tried asking for a refund. The man that was on the front desk was very polite and sent us the number of who could help us the next day. Next day I called Jennifer (the person in charge) and she said she was going to see what they could do. A couple of days after, I didn't receive her call so I called her again, she was very rude and didn't answer my messages for 2 weeks straight after assuring me she was working on this. Extremely unprofessional I called Jennifer and of course received no answer, to my surprise I called from another phone and she answered immediately. She admitted to her mistake about lying about the safe in the room but she still didn’t refund me. This can’t be called a hotel, absolutely terrible place don’t stay here not even for a day, don’t think you’re saving money here. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it to anyone else.

Better book something else

stuff was nice

We intentionally booked room with windows but when we arrived turned out somebody was staying there and for the same amount of money they put us in a little box without windows. Progressive claustrophobia in action. Then I decided to take a shower and hot water was incredible brown color so cold water it is. And cherry on top - room DOESNT HAVE A/C. Little cheap fan on the floor didn’t do the job, sleeping was an imposible mission, we were suffocating (remind you - no windows as well). We left after second night out of 3 without any refund (even tho we asked booking) and checked in into normal hotel. The end.

TV did not work, no face/body cloth until second day, bed light did not work, bath towels were clean but tacky and tattered,, no plastic liners in trash, no shampoo, no body lotion, no directions to close restaurants posted.

Shower pressure and hot water. Location is good.

Building entrance makes hotel a bit difficult to find. The room I booked was switched to a smaller room with no windows. Nothing like the pictures. There is construction outside the hotel.

Absolutely disaster! DO NOT STAY IN HERE. This property should be banned from booking. The bedroom does not look at all as the ones they are promoting. Pillows didn’t have pillowcases, the bedroom didn’t have a window. The magnetic key didn’t work. They didn’t want to provide towels. Shower drainage was clogged and nobody cared.
