We had a very cosy stay and were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and the homely atmosphere. Although the property is in a rather remote location, the host has put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome and ensuring there are activities to enjoy at the house. Perfect kitchen to make your meal.
One thing to keep in mind is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to bring your own food and drinks.

Relaxed evening at the Tjeldoya Slott. Owner very welcoming. Our son loved the sauna and the hot tub.

the host is very nice and kind. only 30 minutes from Evenes airport. breakfast included. optional jacuzzi and yoga available.nice view of water front
felt like it was under construction whilst also feeling dated. jacuzzi didn’t look clean. curtains are not black out.
