It was very clean, everything we needed was there,
Close to Padstow & a few other places,
Arcade & club was good as well,
Internet was terrible, teenagers need their phones & laptop, none of could get on it, we had to go away from the property to get some signal just to talk on the phone & all 3 of us were on different networks,
Back door was pain to lock, couldn’t lock it for 2 days,
The bunk bed room was so small, hard to turn around & the bottom bunk bed was close to the floor,

A tastefully decorated property with everything one would need. Great to have a bath tub plus a shower head attachment! A quiet location with a garden and driveway parking. Good location if you have a car. Facilities on site for tennis, restaurant, bar and shop but I didn't use them.
Very limited bus route. Gutter was frequently dripping water on me at the front door on arrival. Locks were difficult to manage especially the back door. Basically clean but some deep cleaning of blinds, window ledges , skirting etc would be a boost. WiFi a bit slow at times but ok.
