Very modern, all necessary kitchen utilites were available, absolutely clean, perfectly located, close walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and beaches.
They only thing which is a bit sad is the small balcony, facing another building. However, at that time of the year it was okay for me, as I stayed in the living room and only opened the balcony door.
