I never met a member of staff during the visit, it was a good place that stay apart from noisy seagulls which I know can’t be helped

The location

Great location and the big double beds room was a great space. Good value for money. Host was very accommodating with an early check in we required as we were going to the football that day

We have previously stayed here & knew it was great value for money, spotlessly clean & good size accommodation. Aspen is in a good central location to shops etc. It is contactless check in which is convenient & there is a contact number for any problems that may occur. We would stay here again in the future

We previously stayed here April 2024 & had hoped that the back outdoor space of the property would have been tidied up by now. So much potential there for a car park which i would happily pay a daily charge for. Also a nice seating area for guests.. Shame to leave such a great space full of weeds & scrap materials, its just so unpleasant to see. Please develop this area, surely it would benefit the business in the long term. Also room 5 needs either a new mattress or a memory foam topper. Hardly slept due to feeling nearly every spring which was a shame as we really like the property. In future will ask not to be given room 5 again

Parking. Self contained. Own shower room. Surfaces clean. Quiet, no sounds of others. Room had a fridge.

The decor …. Battleship grey everywhere so depressing. Battle ship grey sheets and towels so I didn’t feel that they were clean…. First night slept on top of the bedding as unsure if the bed was clean
