Good location and clean but very basic.

The property location was ideal, and was clean and spacious

The property was very cold, whilst the heating came on once the electric card was inserted this meant it was always cold on arrival back to the property! The beds were not that comfortable. The kitchen whilst large was sparsely equipped.

One night in Liverpool

The apartment was ideal for our visit to Liverpool to attend a football match at Anfield. It was immaculately clean and well presented. The owners communication was perfect.

Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment

Lovely 2 bed apartment. Lots of useful facilities and things like washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, iron and board, washing machine etc. Big open plan kitchen diner with lots of space. Plenty of parking on the road outside. When we arrived, the smoke alarm was beeping as it needed new batteries. I messaged and someone came to fix it immediately. Very impressed.

It was cold to start with but the radiators soon warm the apartment up. The fridge hadn’t been used in a while so could do with some baking soda to freshen it up.

All in all pretty rubbish

The location was good for what we needed it for

The property was a basement department, smelt very damp and mouldy when we arrived with no heating on, the Internet connection was terrible, the noise from the upstairs property was so loud it woke us up first thing in the morning, the bed was very uncomfortable, one of those metal framed ones that creep every time he moved, mattress was terrible, my partner hardly slept, she said she felt like there was a spring loose that was sticking in her side, the toilet was so close to the shower you had to sit on it sideways!!

Problematic and lack of communication.

Got an email with the code for the key box the morning of arrival day.

After being refused early entry to the property as we would be arriving in Liverpool at 11am. So asked about leaving our car.....no problem plenty free parking I was told. On arrival it was permit parking. Contacted owner about permit and was I would have to wait for the cleaner to finish which was fair enough. Then had to find somewhere to park which took time and money. If I had been told in the first place, I would have organised parking in advance. Until we saw the self made A4 laminated sheet, to use as a permit. Glad we only stayed one night, no kitchen equipment, pans, tea spoons etc. Half fridge which was on floor. Stayed in a few Airbnb and never had them take a £200 fee for any breakages on arrival day. I took photos of broken sofa when we arrived just in case we got the blame. Took over a week to receive my £200 back. Which made our overnight stay quite stressful. Dampened our experience, but we enjoyed the event we were attending.

Good value.

In a convenient location for what we wanted to do. Eateries nearby. Parking ( with a permit which was provided) is outside of the property on a quiet residential road. We had a two bedroom ground floor apartment which was spacious, clean and quiet. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Always responsive.

Served a purpose for 1 night. Wouldn't stay any longer

Convenient for our stay for the LFC winners parade which passed by literally at the end of our road. We had an issue with a last minute cancellation but I can't fault the way the letting company dealt with it and even compensated us for the inconvenience.

We booked 2 apartments for our family. Literally just before check in we were told one of our bookings was cancelled due to flooding. Luckily we were offered another apartment but it didn't fit the family so we had to split everyone up resulting in one person having to sleep on a sofa.The alternative apartment wasn't very nice and not very clean. Issues were reported. We had apartment 4 which is right up in the eaves and has lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen is really poorly equipped. Hardly and crockery or cutlery and 1 frying pan. No washing up liquid to clean with. Lastly the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy. We had 1 wafer thin pillow each that was not fit for purpose. No one slept a wink all night. It served a purpose for 1 night but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. They take a large holding deposit as well and the check in is a bit of a rigmarole.

Disgusted with this apartment would never recommend anyone to book it

The front door did not lock at all so they expected me to leave all our belongings in an unlocked apartment and then they expected my children to sleep there with the door open all night they lied when I messaged them about it saying it locked automatically when it didn’t. They will not answer the phone as I was ringing them for hours the location is horrendous and they take a 200 pound deposit from ur account when there are broken lamps ect in the apartment and they apparently monitor ur electric use and if u use a lot they take it from ur deposit. Ur basically sleeping in an unlocked cellar down some steep grimy slippy stairs no where near the town centre.

Instructions were sent in an email but door into main apartment block was difficult to open

No door on one of the bedrooms in Flat 1 Security deposit is £200 per flat which for a party of 12 was £600. Information re security deposit was not provided until the day of booking. However deposit was returned promptly in less than 24 hours of check out.

An uncomfortable stay

living area, heating, hot water and cooker were all good and the apartment was very spacious.

First of all we weren't aware that the apartment is an underground place and there was only a little light because of that. The entrance was really dodgy. There were lots of spiders and spider webs everywhere. We were shocked as my son is too scared of spiders. We even thought of leaving immediately. But we reached there very late and so don't want to do that. We had to kill lots of spiders and remove spider webs everywhere just to make our son feel better. Both bedrooms doesn't have a mirror and the mirror in the bathroom was not above the sink and somewhere above the the toilet making it difficult to reach it for shaving or make up or anything. Bathroom sink was vey small and was placed a small corner. So while using, water will be spilled all over the floor and become wet. The shower suit doesn't have a holder or any place to keep the soap or shampoo and had to keep it on the shower suit floor. Fridge was very tiny except milk u can't keep anything. Mattresses were not cushioning and I could feel the steel bed frame while lying.

Good value

Flat is very nice and clean with a big kitchen/living area. There are many groceries shops and takeaways in the area, parking is also available in the street. On the first day we had some issues with WiFi but someone, very kindly, came to help us within an hour of receiving our message. Great accommodation.

Shower room should have hooks to hang towels and double bed should be in the centre of the room instead of attached to the wall on one side, but a part from this it's good value accommodation not too far from city centre.

The property was clean and presentable

The beds were very uncomfortable, with some investigation it appears that the bed slats are very bent and broken. Also the mattress is collapsed, time to get new ones.
