Perfect.

We love the property and the location . It has secure underground parking and a lift to the property. All amenities are on your doorstep so there is no need to use a car unless you want to explore . We used the local bus service to get to Estepona which was a couple of Euros in cash . The hosts are so welcoming and show you around the property.

Fabulous stay

The apartment was modern, very comfortable and well furnished. The hosts made us feel very welcome and met us on arrival. The location was perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The facilities are excellent with two good pools. The underground parking is secure with easy access to the apartment.

Location, parking for motorcycle, not far from restaurants, bars and beach

Unfortunately we had no aircon which we had paid for, for 10 days out of a 11 night stay just one fan supplied by owner. aircon out of action on friday 7th july and still not repaired on the 17th when we left, not happy as it was very hot over 40 degrees most. One fan cannot cool an apartment that size. We had open windows for air but let mosquitoes in not happy

best stay and loved every minute

everything! this property was our favorite stay so far. beautiful apartment. great facilities. amazing hosts. we decided to book 3 nights and I wish we had more. this felt like we were on holiday. great restaurant recommendations. fabulous hosts. brilliant pools. we discovered the ‘marina’ area at the end of our stay which was a great find….but the local beach restaurants were our highlights as well. I’d love to come back. family had the best time. thanks so much to our hosts for sharing their property. just heaven.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location; easy access to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The host was readily available if we needed and the little details really made the stay wonderful. We arrived late in the evening; but the fridge had water and milk, there was coffee and even a bottle of wine for us to enjoy 🍷 The urbanisation has a pool that is open all year round, so the children loved it too! It was a home from home (but with sunshine), there are two lovely play parks nearby. We will definitely be back

Beautiful and quiet retreat

Beautiful 2 bedroom unit, with a big balcony. Full size kitchen, and equipped with all tools. Very quiet, very private. Drying rack on the balcony was very appreciated. Good restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Plenty of long beach to walk up and down. Hosts, Alonzo and Latitia were very thorough and friendly.

I like the area good amenities not to far to walk to get to beach and other facilities. I like having a pool on sight.

Didn't like the shower as it was to small not enough room to wash properly as not able to get in or out of a bath so was a struggle. It would also benefit from having a kettle in the kitchen.

A relaxing few days to unwind

Location great with easy access to shops, restaurants and the seafront. Comfortable well equipped apartment with a lovely terrace/balcony facing west for afternoons watching the sun go down. Second visit but not our last!

Perfect apartment, lovely location

The apartment was super clean and very comfortable with all the equipment anyone could desire. Having a basement parking space with direct access via a lift to the apartment was so convenient and made loading and unloading the cases extremely easy. The terrace faces the setting sun and we spent each evening soaking up the rays. Location is great, only a short walk from shops, restaurants and the seafront. Letizia, our host, was so very helpful and overall we had a very relaxing break. So much so that we have booked another visit in November!

Me gustó que estaba en una ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitaba y que la casa estaba bien mantenida y conservada. Fui en invierno y no pasamos frío, dado que la climatización es buena. En los apartamentos de playa no siempre están acondicionados para el invierno, pero aquí sin problema. También tiene plaza de garaje que en épocas de alta demanda suele ser complicado aparcar.

La verdad es que no sé porque me llegó el email para evaluar el apto. He tenido que cancelar la reserva por no haberlo visto que no aceptan mascotas (Booking debería cambiar la web/app porque a cada nueva búsqueda, cambia el filtro) los propietarios fueran notificados y prontamente me han dejado cancelar sin cargos. Booking complica todo y ellos fueran geniales conmigo. Atención a mi problema y la solución inmediata. Muchas gracias a ambos. Por eso no hay ninguna reseña negativa. Son personas maravillosas!

heerlijk en op einde van de dag had je nog volop de zon op het balkon in november was dit heerlijk.

Prima locatie met 10 min lopen was je aan de boulevard.
