The aparment is beautiful, cosy, very well equipped and spotless. The terrace is huge. We spent a lovely evening sitting outside. The communication with owners was smooth and all instructions were perfectly clear.

Clean and comfortable apartment close to Gibraltar

I really recomend to stay here. The apartment is super clean, spacious, modern. Kitchen is well equipped with everything what you can need. There is good and spacious garage. Owners are very responsive and it is easy to plan check-in. Check-out is also very easy. There is nice park with playground for children and quite a lot of shops nearby. Good location if you plan to visit e.g. Gibraltar. We haven't used pool so we do not have any opinion.

Great location. Only 2 niggly items not really 2 bed as 2nd bed was in the living room but an issue for us as only 2 of us. A shower mat would be great as both myself and husband slipped in the shower. They even had coffee and tea there. Highly recommend would stay again.

Great appartment for couples and families

Very clean, nice and comfortable appartment with big terrace in good location with a romantic mountain view. It's not too far to reach the city center and beach by foot. Secure underground parking, restaurant, shopping center and park with big nice kid's playground near the appartment. Great outdoor pool downstairs the house. The hostess is very caring and helpful, also kindly advises places to go, informs about events. Perfect experience, recommend to everyone :)

Un fin de semana maravilloso

El ático es increíble muy cómodo, no le falta nada. Graciela la chica encargada es muy agradable tiene el piso muy limpio y ordenado, además, está muy cerca de todo, supermercados, frutería, bares en fin,, kos encanto las vistas desde la terraza que son muy lindas. Laura y Douglas los dueños lo tienen todo muy organizado, muchas gracias a todos nuestra estancia en vuestro piso ha sido maravilloss, seguro que volveremos....😊😊

Todo fue perfecto desde el primer hasta el último momento. Los propietarios abriron un grupo de Whatsapp y estaban siempre atentos y nos ayudaron en cualquier momento. Ójala que todos fueron así. Gracias a Laura, Graciela y a Doug por vuestra atención. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. No faltaba nada y nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Las camas eran muy comodas, también las camas que se encuentran en el salón. Todo fue muy acogedor y amplio y muy limpito y nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad, se podía dormir con la puerta al balcón abierta sin escuchar ruido. El apartamento se encuentra en un Ático y tiene una terraza muy grande con unas vistas bonitas. Todo está muy cerca, en cinco minutos se puede estar en la playa, en la parada de autobus y también hay varios supermercados muy cerca. Lamentablemente sólo nos quedamos 2 noches pero tenemos muchas ganas de volver.

La profesionalidad de los anfitriones, empezando con su vídeo explicativo, su amabilidad, y ya, la guinda del pastel, Graciella, la empleada que vino a abrirnos, a explicarnos, que limpió de forma impoluta el apartamento...una mujer excelente!! El lugar es inmejorable, creo que nunca he estado en un sitio mejor. Luz, comodidad, limpieza, tranquilidad. Mejor que en casa. Se nota qmel esfuerzo, no todos los anfitriones se molestan así, es de agradecer, y a un precio muy, muy ajustado. Entras por el garaje, hay ascensor hasta la vivienda, cómodo, limpio. Además, tiene plaza de parking enorme, y aceptan mascotas!!

Nada, no poder disfrutar más del alojamiento, y su piscina. Aunque intentaremos volver algún día!!

Мы часто путешествуем и это были одни из лучших апартаментов за последнее время. Хозяйка Лаура за несколько дней предоставила детальную инструкцию по заселению в апартаменты. Заселение прошло без проблем. Квартира очень комфортная. Кухня полностью оборудована и приспособлена для приготовления пищи. Постельное белье и полотенца качественные. Сантехника в отличном состоянии. Система кондиционирования работает исправно. В квартире идеальная чистота. Чувствуется рука хозяйки апартаментов, которая сделала все, для комфортного проживания гостей. Лаура всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы. Рядом с апартаментами несколько супермаркетов, овощной магазин, кафе и рестораны. До набережной и моря около 10 минут пешком. Парковка для автомашины удобная. Нам не хотелось уезжать, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Всем рекомендую эти апартаменты, в том числе и для длительного проживания.
