Equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning for year-round use. Spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room with LCD TV and DVD player. Stay connected with private Wi-Fi fibre-optic broadband internet access (300mb/s). South facing balcony with table and chairs for outside dining and sun-loungers for relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cater for themselves. Hair driers and beach towels are provided so you can make the most of your chosen airline's baggage allowance. 2 minutes walk to a large, modern children's play area and only 5 minutes walk to a major supermarket. 10 minutes walk to Sabinillas town centre and its restaurants with its blue flag beach just beyond. A stroll along the promenade to the bars and the large variety of restaurants at Puerto Duquesa. Several golf courses close by. Within easy driving distance of the many other towns and beaches of the Costa del Sol including Marbella, Porto Banus and Sotogrande.
