Very disappointing for the price given previous experiences in booking.com facilities

The kitchen was pretty disgusting and poorly equipped: cups had broken handles and chipped rims, dishes were greasy and glasses sticky. The purpose of a dishwasher is to sanitize! It was obvious that dishes and silver had not been in the dishwasher. Not to mention there were no dishwasher pods to be found. Dish towels had not been laundered and silverware drawer was full of crumbs and debris. Washing machine smelled and bathroom laundry hamper was soiled.

Would not recommend.

The host was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The apartment complex was very noisy. The room was small and cramped. There were no keys available for balcony gates. The location was too far away from all attractions and restaurants, and public transport was unreliable. Taxis were extremely expensive.

Nice apartment to sleep and relax

Nice and comfortable apartment with a lot of space somewhere near Tiburtina. The bed is very comfy, the shower always has hot water, the kitchen has all you need to spend a couple of days. Terrace is an excellent place to spend an evening with a glass of wine. The owner met us upon arrival, showed everything, helped with parking. A store and a pasticceria are very close.

Some garbage in the district, but it is not related to the apartment, more to city services.

Siamo stati bene, la proprietaria è stata gentile e ci ha ben accolti.

La stanza matrimoniale molto carina e abbastanza nuova. Televisione Smart in cucina e in stanza da letto matrimoniale. Wi-Fi funzionante ovunque. Macchina per il caffè (Lavazza a modo mio) buona. Condizionatori in cucina e in camera matrimoniale ben funzionanti.

Cucina non molto pulita, stoviglie tutte da lavare per poterle usare. Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Infissi senza zanzariere nelle camere. Letti non molto comodi. Struttura situata in un palazzo poco curato.
