the location is impeccable,right at beach front, very close to the turtle area, can snorkel around a bit some fishes and reefs. You have a very big and nice private outdoor area with very good view. The staff and owner is very friendly and responsive to help us with various problems we encountered. and the owner can help arrange tours at a good price as it seems he also run a tour business.

the matress could been better, and the bed linen are clean but could been better.

The location is great. Away from the busy street and you have direct access to the beach. It is a 10 min walk to the city center... The villa is spacious, good for a group of maximum 5 people. The terrace is huge and they have a pool table if you get bored. Also they have a good hot shower.

The villa has a moist problem. As soon as you enter the villa you smell it in the kitchen. For this reason we didn't use it because the smell was unbearable. Also the beds, the bedsheets and pillows felt moisty so it didn't feel really comfortable. Don't expect the comfort and service of a hotel. We asked for new towels because they offered us 1 decent towel and 3 bad ones. When we asked for replacement, there were only 2 towels available. Also you have to pay extra for running water. If you need water to shower or brush your teeth they will charge you, albeit a small amount 250 php, extra. (Take in mind, you already pay close to 60 euros a night!) Never in my life have we experienced this where a accomodation charges you for water. Luckily the electricity and wifi were free. They also forgot to mention that the pool was broken. They tried to cover it up that it happened the day before but the caretaker was totally unaware of the problem. I mentioned that the terrace is huge but there only 3 chairs on it. You have no tables or extra chairs or sunbeds to really enjoy it. An upgrade (in the whole villa) would be very welcome. Last but not least, be mindful if the caretaker offers you a deal for transport. For example transport to the airport. He will try to pocket 35% for himself so you have to bargain hard. He charged 2500 php for a ride to the airport, 1700 for the driver and 800 for him. (The driver told us the amount). He pretended he negotiated the price, we asked for 2400 but he could only get 2500. I have no problem with the hustle but this is just greed. The driver only got 1700 for driving 7 hours in the night. So all in all, my advice to the owner, go all in and go pro. Meaning try to be a hotel or just don't. Get somebody who has experience working in a hotel, who knows how to take care of people. But the way it is been handled now, lacks proper care of your villa and your guests.
