AMAZING value for money, especially with having a private bathroom, very friendly staff & helpful. Lovely one night stay :) not directly in town but a short tricycle ride away!
Could use some improvements to cleanliness but honestly for the money it was not a big deal at all, the room was super clean just the bathroom could use some improvements to cleanliness.

Value for money. Near the highway, value for money as it just one tuktuk away. You can even walk to Gaisano or nearby market for cheap eats.
Noisy due to dogs, videoke ( because it was Christmas time) and since it is near the highway, expect traffic noise.

It has its own gated parking just infront of the property, And the owner has been amenable with the changes i requested. It has kitchen thats available to use.
