    Bait and switch room upon arrival. Aircon not working well. Service was dismissive “Private beach” is unwalkable Location is not near any attractions. We left a day early and took the loss. Not worth 1000 P per night. We paid over 2000 per night based on pics.

    Really pleasant stay in Tum’s. It was very good value for money as long as you don’t mind using tricycle or hiring a scooter. Far from whale watching but town of Oslob is convenient. Pool was really nice but had a party atmosphere on weekends, not what I expected. Overall, good value stay, would recommend.
