Bed was comfy, ac works, hot water in the shower, water refill which was handy plus there’s a shortcut to walk to the Alona beach. Staff were polite too.

The shower pressure was not strong so it takes awhile to finish showering but otherwise everything was good.

Absolutely loved staying here! The apartment was in great condition, clean, and had everything I needed. Highly recommended! 😊

Such a beautiful and affordable place off the beaten path, the fact that it was not close to the main road was the best part! They offer parking for bikes, free coffe/tea, sell the basics, and have great working wifi and air-con! I am in school online, and spent a good amount of time working on the computer and it worked great. Food is walking distance away, or a quick bike ride.

The general accommodation block was nice, with some good outdoor space. We had a large room with good facilities and a spacious bedroom.

BEWARE OF THE WALK. It is quite a walk from the town, it is 5 minutes from the beach to the start of a dirt track and then 10 minutes down a dirt track one way. With only a small amount of rain it flooded and became impossible to walk on. The amount of mud that collected on our shoes was ridiculous and after 10 minutes of cleaning them at an outside tap, a local came to help as it was just not coming off. They really need to put some kind of gravel or hard path down as the whole walk is ridiculous and just ruined the whole experience of the accommodation, especially if you leave your bags when you want to check in/out and go back later. We just ended up paying for luggage storage in town to save getting muddy and wet again. One of us actually got infected feet from them staying wet and muddy all day after the walk! There is so much possibility to put some kind of raised pavement for most of the walk, and there are other hotels on this route so I do not know why they are not grouping together to make this happen. They had also put one way reflective covers on the windows so they were mirrored from the outside looking in, and very tinted looking outside from inside. This was fine but it made the whole room extremely dark and a bit dingy if I’m honest! I’m not sure they are necessary as there are curtains and few people will actually be staying in during the day.
