We really liked the location and the space. The decor was nice.

Communication: on check in day for finding our unit, took a little bit of hunting & asking one of the cleaners & a maintenance person on a golf cart & still took a bit to find it (they had a hard time helping us find it!!)...then taking 36 hours to get our door code changed due to it being compromised (it was like the person I was texting did not understand what I was saying-they kept stating that the lock code worked perfectly & that wasn't the issue - we needed a new code! - at one point they told me they would NOT change the door code!!)...very frustrating!! Shouldn't have to wait 36 hours to get a new door code...and for the original code to be deleted, they had to come back and delete it - why wasn't this done when they made the new code?? Constant problems with the gate code not working almost everyday! Thankfully, someone would answer and open the gate quickly. The freezer began having issues Thursday 11/6 & was leaking on Friday 11/7. I messaged after midnight on Friday 11/8 & had to text back in the morning to make sure the message was received...they said they would get someone there soon. I messaged that we needed to leave by 10:30am & were told the maintenance man knew it was urgent. He did not make it by 11am and we told them he would need to make it the next day - we did not want anyone in while we were not there. That night 11/8 when we got back and the freezer was leaking very bad - there was a lot of water on the floor & I was concerned that the flooring would get damaged. We dried it up as best we could and when I messaged, I received a response that your hours are 8am-9pm - but did not find out until Sunday 11/10 (2 days later) that you don't have anyone available on the weekends??? What the heck is that about?? Water leak ARE emergencies! No one is available after hours - that was unexpected for us!!

Great property for a holiday in Orlando. The location is nice, very close to shops, restaurants, etc., the parks are just around 25 min drive. Comfortable house and well equipped.

Only half of the toaster works, one of the burners on the cooktop has a dodgy button... you have to play up with it to make it work and turn it off. The property refused to provide us with extra towels (only if we pay a fee) considering the compound where the house is located has a swimming pool and the towels provided are quite small. At the checkout we have been asked to wash our towels if possible???? I actually found this a bit rude as we are paying for the property and a cleaning fee. Being honest, I have travelled around the world with my family and never had such a request

L'emplacement de la résidence, très calme, le cadre est magnifique, tout proche de tout les parc d'attraction, la piscine, la salle de sport, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Je pense que vous devriez changer les sommiers des lits, ils font beaucoup de bruit, si non rien d'autre à dire, je conseille vivement.

A casa é confortável no entanto apresenta problemas simples de serem resolvidos, mas que sinalizam falta de cuidado. Quando chegamos nenhum televisor estava funcionando por que não tinha rede e por não serem smart (televisores bem antigos). Tivemos que reclamar na booking para termos uma solução. Geladeira e ar condicionado apresentam vazamentos. Limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar.
