I really enjoyed the location. It was right close to everything. The clubhouse even though we didn’t utilize it. It was very nice but for me, the location was perfect.

Overall, the day was was good. The only issue that I would say and I’m not actually sure if it’s an owner problem is that I don’t think the cleaning crew did a thorough job of cleaning it when we arrived. There was hair all in the carpets. there was a couple of dirty towels. I’m not sure if they were cleaning towels that were left on the tub downstairs. When I looked in the closet I did find a vacuum cleaner, however, the vacuum cleaner to me appear to be broke, so we did not use it. So yeah, there was nothing specific that I didn’t like about the property because the property is very nice. It’s just that the the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job of vacuuming the rugs and every five minutes we were hearing kids our kids scream, cause their socks were dirty so that’s basically it.

Excellent property location and great space for a trip with multigenerational visitors. Great kitchen accessories for making meals at the location and a fun pool for the kiddos!

While the space was a decent surface clean, it needs a little more attention from the cleaners. My oldest child found souvenirs from past visitors on the side of her bed and we found clothing under beds in one of the rooms. The shower drains would not drain the water properly and while we did not reach out to the owners to take care of it, we took care of it ourselves and removed a lot of hair and then the drains worked properly. The property manager was extremely responsive though! So that was wonderful! Beds squeaked with every tiny move we made, unfortunately. So tossing and turning to get comfortable was a bit loud.

The space was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great to get to the parks and everything around.
