It was a great location and the condo complex and pool were nice. Bedrooms have been redone and were nice. The furniture looked new. The internet was good.
It is a work in progress. The hot and cold water in both upstairs showers were reversed, smoke alarm by the washer and dryer had been removed. The grout on the tile floor had not been sealed in the upstairs bathroom and your feet were gritty if you didn’t wear shoes. Light bulbs were burnt out or missing. Can light over downstairs shower had a bulb, but was stuffed with paper to hold it in the ceiling.
