Lovely accommodation run by a lovely family in a beautiful mountainous setting

Lovely rooms in a beautiful location with amazing views down the valley. Close to lake and excellent access to the mountains. Great bathroom. Plenty of facilities (tea/coffee making equipment) and well equipped shared kitchen. Loved the sauna. Very reasonably priced essentials available from Thomas (beer/wine/fresh bread/local produce). Lovely family running the business.

Everything was so great, we truly love this place. Immaculately clean (even smelling nicely of wood), well furnished, comfy beds, super-nice host (Thomas), excellent sauna and excellent skiing 10min by car (Schnalstaler gletcher resort)

Perfect experience

Everything is perfect! Not only the apartment, but also the people. They are very friendly and warmhearted! (And the neighbors, too) The room is spacious and the furnitures are brand-new. Location is perfect as well, easy to get there. And the lake is very close. The scenery surrounding makes me relax. I guess I’ll be back in the winter!

Great accommodation

The place was a pleasant surprise for us - it was clean, new, well equipped and the WiFi was super fast. Let's not forget to mention Thomas, the owner, who was really nice and always ready to help.

Although it's a great plus that you have a bus stop right in front of the apartment, buses to the skiing slopes go just once an hour, which is really not enough.

Ho soggiornato in coppia per 10 gg presso questa struttura. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è nuova e pulita, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima anche la posizione vicino al lago e alla fermata del bus che non guasta

La camera è stata recentemente restaurata, arredata con gusto e soprattutto molto pulita e accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Un aspetto che fa davvero la differenza è la disponibilità del proprietario, Thomas: gentile, attento e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un alloggio curato nei dettagli, confortevole e gestito con passione.

Top ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment in ruhiger schöner Lage vom sehr nettem Vermieter.

Sehr modern und schön ausgestattetes Apartment. So richtig zum wohlfühlen. Trotz Lage an der Straße absolut ruhig. Herrlicher Duft nach Zirbenholz sobald man ins Haus eintritt. Thomas (Vermieter) und sein Vater, der den Check In übernommen hat sind wirklich sehr freundlich und wir wurden mit tollen Tipps zum Wandern und Essen gehen versorgt. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Es war alles perfekt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wären ein paar Haken im Bad und in der Küche für Hand- bzw. Küchentücher.

Nette Gastgeber, die gute Wander- und Essenstipps geben, bequemes Bett, schönes Apartment in guter Lage, Brötchenservice fürs frühe Frühstück, großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft

Bei offenem Schlafzimmerfenster ist der Bach neben der Unterkunft doch sehr laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man ihn nicht. Daher war es kein Problem für uns.
