VIP Liston Apartment #731

Great location to walk anywhere in the old town, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. Has a washing machine.

Old building with tilting staircase. The apartment is tired with uneven floors, and plenty of trip hazards including a lip at the front door. It's not really an apartment with 2 bedrooms, it's one room which is dining room and TV room and also has a bed, the other bedroom is like a small entrance box room. Tiny kitchen with just 2 hotplates, not easy to cook a meal. Coffee machine didn't work, we reported it but no response. Sheet provided for single bed was so old it had bumps. Not really VIP. Surprisingly noisy at night with cars revving and motorbikes coming and going regularly between 11pm and 2.30am, not sure what was going on. The property manager seems confused between this and another apartment, thought we had cancelled so had to send last minute cleaners. Told us they bought the coffee machine 2 days ago when we'd already been there 6 days and ours was clearly old.

The very central location allowed us to be in the center of the old town, on the charming Faliraki beach, and within walking distance of the bus stop. The house was very clean and welcoming, equipped with all comforts. The host was really kind, helpful, and attentive to our stay.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο, και οι παροχές (μπάνιο, κουζίνα) μια χαρά. Για 2-3 άτομα είναι καλή επιλογή για λίγες μέρες.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο, αλλά η οικοδομή (σκάλα μέχρι το διαμέρισμα) είναι σε κακή κατάσταση. Το σπίτι έχει κλιματιστικό αλλά πρέπει να είναι πρακτικά συνεχώς αναμμένο για να διατηρείται ζεστός ο χώρος (όταν φτάσαμε για παράδειγμα είχε σχετικό κρύο).

Przez stojącą wodę w trakcie przyjmowania prysznica nie było możliwości umyć się normalnie i niestety Pani właścicielka nie odreagowała na moja wiadomość w tym temacie. Druga nieprzyjemna rzecz to że w apartamencie jest tylko jeden malutki garneczek i przy probie coś ugotować dla nawet trzy osoby to nie jest możliwe i na koniec kiedy chciałam ugotować przynajmniej jajecznicę to się okazało ,że patelnia ,która była w szafce nie działa do indukcji.
