Charming Stay Near Arles and Avignon

We really liked the character of the property and the comfort of the space. Its location was very convenient — perfectly situated between Arles and Avignon. The host was kind and very willing to help us with anything we needed.

If you plan to enjoy the garden, don’t forget to bring some mosquito repellent — just a helpful tip, not a complaint!

Great apartment with an amazing host!

The apartment has a lot of character & unique qualities. Our host, Claude, was very friendly & great at providing advice on where to go to see local sights, park for free, and where to eat. He also provided some free drinks in the fridge.

The bed was a little more firm than we usually like.

Claude was really welcoming and friendly. Great location and felt secure. Good value and useful to have owner around to help should you need it. Secure parking and secluded.

Lacked some of the creature comforts and basics we might have expected - toaster, kettle and additional linen, etc. No major issues though and probably to be expected given location and type of accomodation.

Lovely upstairs suite in the French countryside! Claude was so kind and welcomed us as we arrived a bit later than we had planned. He had a warm fire going and drinks in the fridge. He was so kind and gave us some ideas of things to see the follow day.

Claude was a great host! Even though we had a language barrier, he still went out of his way to show us everything. He even gave us some spaghetti to cook and some red wine as we arrived from cycling all day. We were pampered by his additional juice, water, jam and biscuits for breakfast.

Even though there were heaters in the living room and bedroom, the floor was still quite cold. It's an old house so we understand and just kept our shoes on and that was fine.

Exceptional

Very nice and authentic place with a very pleasant and friendly owner, who met us, showed us everything and recommended sights nearby which are worth visiting. The house has everything needed to have a rest after a long trip. There were drinks and snacks in the kitchen, and everything you need to cook yourself. Wi-Fi is very good, there is a parking space on the territory. Totally recommended.

Splnilo naše očekávání. Hlavně jsme jezdili po výletech a v apartmánu jsme jen přespávali.

Pan domácí byl velmi vstřícný a ochotný. Do budoucna má místo vysoký potenciál.

Drobnosti ... Lepší osvětlení do apartmánu, odpadávající ovládání vodovodní baterie v kuchyni, chybějící špunt do vany ....

Maison ancienne, dans quartier très calme. Hote gentil et attentif. Bouteille d'eau fraiche : gentille attention. Bon conseil de choix de restaurant (l'épicerie)

Passabile per una notte.

Nonostante avessi chiesto il check-in oltre l'orario consentito, il proprietario ci ha dato tutte le info corrette per ritirare le chiavi e ci ha atteso personalmente. Gentilissimo e cordiale.La casa bella ampia in un bel giardino. Ci ha offerto anche due bottiglie d'acqua fresche.

Peccato la scarsa pulizia, ragnatele molto datate in cucina e in tutti gli ambienti. Le lenzuola in una camera aveva dei peli, le altre erano pulite. Il wc molto incrostato. Noi ci eravamo portati le nostre lenzuola e asciugamani. Per una notte accettabile.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabilité du propriétaire. Nous avions oublié un sac à main quand nous sommes reparties et heureusement il s'en est aperçu de suite, nous a téléphoné et nous avons pu récupérer notre bien rapidement. Merci infiniment pour son intervention.

Authentique et sympathique

Le lieu reculé de quelques minutes de la ville. Une voûte du XIV’ siècle comme plafond.

Le chauffage électrique ramait en janvier mais le propriétaire est venu nous allumer un feu de bois, formidable !

emplacement exceptionnel pour découvrir la diversité de la région.

L'emplacement au coeur du triangle Arles Nîmes Avignon avec un éventail très large de possibilités de visites dans un rayon inférieur à 50 Km que ce soit en voiture, vélo ou pédestre. L'accueil de notre hôte toujours prompt à faire partager ses connaissances de sa région. Le Gîte en lui même un peu hors du temps qui est une perle de fraîcheur lorsque les température à l'extérieur dépasse largement les 30 degrés et totalement clos.

Les bataillons de moustiques qui vous attendent si vous souhaitez manger sur la terrasse et qui sont super organisés vous laissant nombre de trace de leur passage sur vos mollets.
