1. The staffs, especially, Prem was very helpful
2. Daily cleaning by staff and change of bedsheets
3. Availability of basic kitchen utensils
4. Apartment is spacious and child friendly
1. Heater had issues (sometimes it was burning hot even when it was switched off)
2. There were so many small cockroaches in the apartment, especially in the kitchen (the smell of cockroaches in the kitchen)
3. One of the room’s attached toilet door cannot close from outside

Location was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby including starbucks
Shopping malls are also nearby
Security guards are available 24/7 and the property is locked in the night
Mirrors are not available in all bedrooms and bathrooms
Kitchen is usable. But there are no basic stuffs for making coffee/tea not available. It would be nice to keep some coffee and tea bags and milk on first day.
Only one key is available for each apartment. Nice to have more keys

- Though it is far from the airport, the property is at a very good location.
- One can find pharmacies. ice cream parlor, groceries within walking distance.
- there are also breweries and shopping malls with 10-15 mins of driving time.
- the property is clean and well maintained.
- quantity of toilet suppliers can be improved.
- the lift stops on the 1st floor and does not go to the Ground floor. I found this to be a pain point.
