The Rooms were large, modern, comfortable and very clean. WiFi and Airconditioning were great throughout. Comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was provided mineral water on arrival and housekeeping and cleaning provided daily. Buffet breakfast was excellent and had good spread. Large screen smart TV
I would recommend this hotel to all guests
the windows were not soundproof. So lots of road traffic noise and honking.

The location was perfect, the stuff was perfect, warm and always going the extra mile. They took very good care of me. I needed an ATM & they walked with me. They were very protective of me and I really loved and appreciated that.
The cleanliness, they don't clean properly, they don't change bedding as often as they should. In actual fact, on my arrival day, I wanted to sleep, only to discover that the bed had blood stains. It was very disgusting. They quickly changed it.
I also had to ask them to mop the floor and change my bedding which they did, but they never clean under the bed, which is very dirty. They don't also clean mirrrors and bathroom of the previous people toothpaste.

My dad had a scheduled treatment in Apollo hospital and stayed here for few nights with my mom. They had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helped my parents throughout their stay. Room were cleaned every day. Special kudos to Restaurant staff for amazing food.

The facilities in the room were very well appointed. The breakfast was very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Very modern and looked fresh and new.
The AC in the room repeatedly failed and despite complaining could not be fixed in the two days we stayed. The staff did offer to change our room, but we declined as it was inconvenient - an we managed as the weather was nice.
The Google TV only accepted Apps from our phone. Would have liked Cable connection as it's more convenient and friendly.
The layout was a bit odd - the seating area was a separate room after the bedroom.
