Great space and location. Basically had everything we needed. Good source of local information too. Good facilities in the house too.
It was clean, but there were signs a deep clean may have not happened recently. There was the odd bit of kitchen equipment that wasn't particularly clean. Had to wash the odd thing up before we used it. Plus the odd mark on the walls and carpets.

Property was clean and comfortable great for a group. Beds were super comfy location was great just minutes from beach and a lovely secure garden for dog
No lock on bathroom door not ideal for group of 8 adults.
Outdoor furniture was not great the comfortable chairs were old and cracked. No where to sit out and eat .

Location was just right for being near to the beach, 5 minutes walk away. Good cafe nearby too.
Great base for a family getaway. Comfortable interior and ample space in the garden.
Disappointed in the smaller bathroom/showroom. Smelt of damp, didn't have a lock for privacy, and the design of the showerscreen allowed water to go over the floor and wall. Possibly the cause of the damp smell...
