Perfect as a home from home with everything you need for a weeks stay, beds really comfortable, en-suites and family bathroom were great for multiple guests. Downstairs WC too! Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line. Snug was great for the children to relax and watch a film.
Great garden space for the kids, garden furniture in summer house. 20 min walk to east wittering/2 minute drive with everything you need there, small supermarkets etc plus beach. 15 min walk to nearest beach (with two small children in tow). 20-25 min walk to west wittering beach, 3 min drive.
Had an issue with the kettle and they replaced within a couple of hours - easy to contact and fast responses. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Big house, very comfortable, big garden, great location, lots of parking
kitchen utensils are in need of improvement and the oven is too complicated. The bath takes an age to fill.

Warblers is well presented, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location situated in a quiet private road. There is a private driveway with off road parking for 3 cars. It's only a 10 min walk to the nearest beach, or 5 min drive to West Wittering beach. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have complimentary toiletries. The hosts have put fans in each bedroom, which is a nice touch in the hot weather. There is a large, well kept garden which backs on to a Horse field, and a nice summerhouse with comfortable garden furniture. We really enjoyed our stay here, it has a nice home from home feel and though it wasn't necessarily a cheap getaway, it was definitely worth the price we paid.
There's nothing we didn't like about our stay here. The only thing I would point out is that this is a dog friendly house, however there is no gate or fence at the side of the house, so the garden is NOT secure. We didn't take our dog on this trip so it wasn't an issue for us, but it might put off those travelling with dogs who like to 'explore'.
