The location was accurate

We booked this far in advancde and wish we read the latest reviews before travelling. The apartment was filthy and poorly maintained, looking nothing like the photos. The state of the carpet and cutlery drawers for example was a sight to behold. We contacted the property on arrival but had to spend a good 90mins cleaning until we got contacted by the cleaning company. They were more bothered about pinning the blame to the maintenance team and were frustrating to deal with. The property ownership offered us a full refund, yet when booking.com went to process it the owner (Tom) overruled and rejected it! Again a lot of wasted time.. Tom refuses to contact us back and clarify the situation. Apparently he has been in Dubai. Probably never stepped foot into this cesspit.

Great place and great location

We really liked the location. The apartment was cute and well designed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen appliances were good. Wifi was excellent and the washing machine works really well.

The cookware (pots and baking sheets) was not clean enough. The baking sheet should be replaced as it is completely black with burnt oil. There was no can opener, so I had to buy that. In addition, there were only 3 pots with the larger one being a smaller size. You can only cook for 1-2 people in the pots available. We had our friends staying in apartment 11 and their cookware was much better and cleaner. They had a larger pot so we could eat together.

well equipped and comfortable apartment

Having the extra bathroom was very good as there were 4 of us staying .Comfortable and adequate seating to relax in the lounge area. well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. nice and clean . near to relatives who we were visiting . great to have parking too.

there weren’t any mirrors in the bedroom to be able to do hair and make-up. This is a essential requirement really for guests . the only mirror was in the bathroom but obviously can’t take a hairdryer in there. would have be a bonus to have somewhere to hang your coats in hallway. lamps had no bulbs so these need to be checked before guests arrive.

Cleaning really needs to be improved. Used dirty towel left on hook behind bathroom door. Dirty utensils in drawer in kitchen. Brown sticky stain down front of kitchen bin. Second bedroom carpet badly needing hoovered. Yellow stain on bedroom pillow. Could be a great place to stay if housekeeping was improved.

Very disappointing stay

Modern kitchen, two bathrooms and very warm.

Couldn't access property, staff slow to respond and uncaring.Misleading info on beds, no extra bed, just two twin zipped together, so had to negotiate dip in bed.Not overly clean and very uncomfortable sofas. Overall very annoyed as the access issue affected our evening.Have stayed in better apartments in the area.

Fully equipped apartment, very clean.

Had everything we needed. Really did not expect a pizza slicer but there was. The extras that made the apartment more like a home were appreciated. Internet connection was good and people can access tv apps from the smart telly. You probably want to put a note on the TV reminding guests to log out. Luckily I logged the previous guest out of Prime TV rather than rent films on their account. This would be immoral. Parking really easy too.

Suited us very well for a 2 night stay

The apartment was well presented, comfortable and suited our needs well for a 2 night stay whilst visiting family.

Not having a mirror in the main bedroom. The apartment was rather hot when we entered as it was a rather warm day and the aparment faces west with the sun shinig in for sometime. It would be good if on such days the curtains/blinds were left closed to keep the property cooler.

Enjoyable stay, used as a base for exploring region. Great value for money.

Good location for what we needed. Clean & nicely furnished with good en-suite shower. No issues with parking at property. Great value for money. Would stay again.

Needed a non slip mat for the main bathroom as bath was slippy when having a shower. Kitchen was not equipped with large pans so difficult to self cater. The bedrooms needed mirrors (& preferably chairs) for people to use hair dryers. The full length window/glass doors in the living room had no key to open them when we were there which would have been great to get fresh air in as the weather was lovely. All minor changes but would have improved the stay.
