Lacking something in Worksop.

Nice spacious apartment. Good parking, good location.

The TV remote was faulty and I had to change the batteries myself. Thankfully, I had some work spares with me. Even after this, the buttons were very temperamental, and we just watched anything rather than fighting it. Also, there was no tea, coffee, milk, or whitener in the kitchen. After a 6-hour drive and a full day of work, we arrived, and it would have been nice to have a cup of tea. This would have made a huge difference and frankly just shows that this property is run by a business for profit rather than a business that wants people to have a nice stay. The candles in the bathroom had also been burned down and not replaced.

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds but wouldn’t stay again

Comfortable beds, parking space available, spacious apartment

Communal area spelled of smoke but luckily this didn’t enter the apartment. The oven doesn’t work (the button on the left doesn’t turn properly/has come loose) so we couldn’t use it during our stay as we reported it but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The tv remote buttons didn’t work properly so couldn’t watch Netflix etc. just wanted to point out the stains on the carpet as you enter the property. We did report this upon arrival. It’s very noisy due to traffic which means that you can’t open the doors/windows which is problematic in the summer although the property wasn’t too hot which was good.

We couldn't open the casement doors onto the balcony and it was during the very hot weather! We open the windows but although we did email the owners asking for the doors to be opened or for them tom provide us with fans, we didn't get a reply.

Spacious, modern, clean, good facilities.

We had lots of clothes to wash, a clothes dryer would have been very useful but I realise that the layout of the building was not conducive to having a laundry. Road noise was an issue but just because it was hot weather and we had to have windows open

Needs better windows-Could hear traffic really loud, don't stay if light sleeper! No mirror in main bathroom, remote for TV needs changing as as hit and miss if worked (we changed the batteries and it still didn't make a difference)

A good value stay fir a few days.

The appartment was large and had all facillities required for our stay. It was clean. There was ample free parking on the site.

It was situated on a busy, very noisy road and all windows opened onto this road, so was very noisy as hot and needed windows open. The appartment was a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. Some of the kitechen cupboard doors had the veneer peeling off, there was a broken floor tile in the walkway i the kitchen, the grouting in the ensuite was discoloured, carpets stained.

Promised a lot, but failed to meet expectations. Issues raised by previous guests not sorted.

Good sized rooms with good parking.

Disappointing to note from the reviews that most of the issues we found had been raised by previous guests, some over 2 years ago e.g. no mirrors in either the bathroom or ensuite, ensuite shower hose leaking/spraying water horizontally, loose flooring tiles, foul smell (cigarettes or damp?) on entering despite windows having been left open, no tea/coffee/sugar/salt etc as would be provided in even the most basic accommodation, carpets extremely stained and grubby throughout.

I was moved from Apartment 9 to 11 which did not have a sofa bed. When I booked Apartment 9 it was because it had a sofa bed, so this was disappointing

The location was near to my family.

Apartment 9 was very dirty upon arrival hadn't been cleaned. Moved to apartment 5. The whole check in was an inconvenience as it made us rush and be late for a family party. Apartment 5 smelled of smoke. The sink in the double bedroom was blocked and the main light in the double bedroom was broken. Was told u would get a call on the Sunday but didn't!!
