Convenient, matches pictures, contains most basic necessary items. Good size for a short stay with family. WiFi is a bonus. Easy check in.
Mattresses weren't great, same with pillows . Higher quality would greatly improve the comfort of the stay. Extra items such as a fan (it was hot!) and a hairdryer would be a simple but nice addition.

Facilities were great, microwave, oven, tv and fully functioning bathrooms
It was visibly clean but didn’t feel clean, the carpets were visibly dirty and felt gross to walk on - didn’t want to take our shoes off. The place needed a bit of TLC, lots of chipped paint and almost all the bed headboards were broken. When we entered one of the fire alarm batteries was low so it was beeping, removed the battery and phoned the property number and was told they’d find someone to come out, didn’t get back to me for over an hour and when I called back they said they couldn’t send someone tonight but would definitely tomorrow - no one came. Also WiFi on the tv buffered every 5 minutes
