Ideal for a basic short trip

Convenient, matches pictures, contains most basic necessary items. Good size for a short stay with family. WiFi is a bonus. Easy check in.

Mattresses weren't great, same with pillows . Higher quality would greatly improve the comfort of the stay. Extra items such as a fan (it was hot!) and a hairdryer would be a simple but nice addition.

It was ok

The apartment was nice the area was pleasant and the staff were polite. It was comfortable to a certain degree. The place was livable for 2 days.

Leaking ceiling in the living room, a broken window handle in one of the bedrooms on arrival, a lamp that didn't work in the other bedroom, rusty fittings in the bathroom a bath/shower panel with an annoyingly loud squeak on it. A coffee table that turned out to be a pain of glass on a stand. The window handle did get mended the leak in the ceiling was sorted but started again and so had not been fully resolved. I would have been more happy if these things had been sorted ready for our stay for the amount of money we paid.

cleanest, 5 hairs brown and red, all over the bed, clearly bed not cleaned. use my own jacket to sleep, charge 135 pounds but didn’t meet basic cleaness

good property at good level, but we were given the wrong key code and one of the toilets did not flush on arrival. this had been reported and not fixed. however when I reported it, it was true fixed the same day.

Good location and size but just not very comfy. Very clean.

The apartment was very very clean (and a lot of the appliances brand new, including the fridge which still had its delivery wrapping!).The location was good, and parking very convenient.

But there were no instructions as to how to produce hot water, and so after investigation in all of the cupboards on our first morning we had to wait at least half an hour while the hot water boiler was manually switched on and water heated up. And the same exercise the next morning as there was no way evident to set a timer/schedule. Despite looking nice, the sofas were also really uncomfortable and set at a rather off angle for watching TV. The temperature regulator on the ensuite shower was broke so once we had hot water we had scalding hot showers. The other shower was okay though.

Spacious, modern, comfortable and great value

The rooms were modern and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have space. Perfect location for going to a wedding at a nearby venue.

Please could you leave a few sachets of sugar? This was something we totally forgot to bring with us!
