位於2樓有電梯，也有提供腳踏車，雖然沒有使用到。下樓對面過個馬路就是便利商店，很方便，不用30秒即可到達。附近有很多居酒屋。設備也都有，鍋碗瓢盆也算乾淨。
基本上房間格局不太好，坪數寫得很大(不確定是否有加上陽台的面積)，但真正使用空間很小，行李箱打開幾乎沒有地方走路，因為我們有3個行李箱，需要移動桌子攤開行李箱。 整潔度也不好，地板走起來黏黏的，洗衣機的灰塵是集結一團灰灰的球。
