位於市中心，步行前往國際通約7分鐘，附近有多家便利商店、餐廳及停車場，生活機能完善。如果從機場出來，行李又不多，可搭乘公車TK02到那霸商業高校下車，這班車同時前往系滿魚市場、outlet 和iias shopping mall。此外，也可以步行前往monorail縣前廳站。 房間內有電視、冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐和煮水壺，有附一次性盥洗用品，沙發為沙發床可拉開當床鋪使用。
此次冷氣漏水，但可能是前幾天白海豚颱風的關係造成排水管線堵塞的關係，業主有來維修。 每間房間擺設不太一樣，與當初房間照片有點落差。 沙發床偏硬……

打開微波爐竟然有上一位住客留下的沖繩飯糰，表示打掃非常不確實，電梯非常臭
