    since this is a manless self check in hotel, there isn’t any luggage storage. They set a specific time like 13:00 that you can only store the luggage. However as a traveler it’s not easy to plan strong luggage at a specific time. Despite they tried to provide check in instructions (security code of keys) as Agoda has masked some link and information, I couldn’t able to see that. When I kindly asked them to explain again (for example giving me LINE contact) they ignore my messages and explain other unrelated stuff. On the checkout day, there’s a super strong typhoon coming. I asked if it ok if I stay a 1 hour longer because the typhoon was strong. They rather ignore my request and ask me to check out on time. I find it inhuman. Since it’s a manless check in hotel, don’t expect much communication happening when you have trouble during travel. The room itself and the equipment are well organized. However I hope the check in check out service can be better.

    Fantastic location and good amenities (washing machine, dryer, many options to adjust the lighting in the room). On the minus side, the wi-fi was really slow (had to use my own data) and I felt uncomfortable with only an auto-lock and no psychical bolt. I think the cleanliness of the corridors could also be improved. Really good stay otherwise.

    Everything was really nice and the beds were so comfortable and I loved the view and the surrounding area was really good!!!!

    We were allocated a room at the back of the apartment block. Unfortunately it was very dark and noisy at night. I would imagine the apartments on the front of the building would be much quieter and lighter, so try and request those. The ones at the back are next to a karaoke bar which goes on after midnight with people screaming. I also tried messaging the apartment management but never received any replies which was disappointing.
