iFlat Spacious Penthouse near the Vatican city

Location suited us, we loved having the balcony to sit out in the evenings! Beds were comfortable!

Absolutely nothing to do with the staff or the apartment in any way but we found it too hot during the day and too cold at night so it was a balancing act to keep our temperatures right 😅 now there was aircon and heating we just didn’t spend enough time there to take time to figure it out, so absolutely solvable!

Location is good and the apartment is spacious. 20 minutes walk to the vatican, less than 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Beds are not comfortable at all. Especially the 2 small beds and one of the 2 bigger beds. The apartment is worned out (shower leaks, tap in the kitchen is old...). There was very little to actually cook in the kitchen, the owner was very helpful and bought new pans and pots which was great but we were missing some basic items like a salad spinner, a peeling knife... Ok for a few nights, definitely not worth it for a longer stay. You are better off in a hotel where you will get the comfort. Iflat is useless. They take a fee and they are not helping out to answer basic questions. Avoid Iflat by all means when staying in Rome.
