Clean, quiet part of town and close to bus route. Very good value for your $$. Breakfast was great with homemade cake, coffee with warm milk, fresh fruits- all prepared by a charming 90 year old lady.
11 min walk from the Termini station with luggage over cobblestone is quite challenging- unless you take a cab.

We had a bedroom and a bathroom in the host's apartment. It is in a grand old triangular block with gated access and lovely central garden. Just about walkable with luggage from Rome Termini. Seems at first not to be much going on around there but actually there are several supermarkets, shops and restaurants within easy reach and also a frequent bus serving many of the city's sights. Host knows the area and the city thoroughly. His mother (90) made us a simple Italian breakfast each morning.
Accommodation is two floors up with no lift. No TV in room and the balcony was used for drying washing. Large amount of verbal information given on arrival would have been more useful in written form. Maybe avoid if you don't like cats.
