Rome Key Luxury House

It was overall an amazing experience, the rooms are comfy and clean, we were provided everything we could need, like for example a kit with instant coffe packs and cookies for breakfeast, towels, new soaps and body gel (everything brand new) The room is bigger than it appears in the photos especially the bed so that was a pleasant surprise The AC was a life saver in this week heat The cleaning lady was also amazing and prepared everything we needed The location is good, theres a nearby minimarket and in the same street theres a coffee and a restaurant. Pretty close to the termini station and with a bus stop in one street over My special thanks to the host who always made sure we had everything needed and allowed us to make a remote check in and a late night check out, it was all very pratical

Posizione strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi della stazione ma lontana dal traffico e dal caos del centro. Camera non grande ma estremamente confortevole con ampia finestra. Bagno essenziale con grande e comoda doccia. Materasso superlativo. Utile il servizio per farsi un tè od un caffè solubile. La camera si affaccia su una grande corte che restituisce tranquillità e pace.

Forse leggermente poco intuitiva l'applicazione per aprire le porte quando si arriva fuori dagli orari della reception. Soprattutto pensando a persone anziane o poco avvezze alle tecnologie. Viene comunque garantito un supporto puntuale via Whatsapp dall'hosting.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione Termini ma lontano dalle zone più trafficate. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Camera arredata con cura.

Pessima insonorizzazione delle stanze: si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dal corridoio di accesso e i suoni delle televisioni delle altre camere.

Pros: 10 minutes walk from the Roma termini, clean room although small, fridge which is nice and AC worked well. The staff did carry out bag up for us since the elevator was broken, and we booked specifically because it had an elevator. But since we left in the night they didn’t carry our bag back down and that was not ideal.

Cons: the elevator was broken and we weren’t informed until the day of our booking, with our room located on the 3rd floor that would have been a huge dealbreaker but we weren’t given enough notice to find something else.
