Mooie ligging tussen de bossen. Een zeer aardige eigenaar.
De hygiëne en veiligheid. De hygiëne was een catastrofe. Echt bedroevend. Het gasfornuis was zeer gevaarlijk. Zeer gevaarlijke steekvlammen. Waar is de brandblusser.
