About this house rental

This holiday home has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people, ideal for a family. It is located in Koewacht in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. In the area you can make hiking and cycling tours through the landscape with forests, fields and creeks. The sea is 20 km away. Take a beautiful trip along the Spanish forts and the ports of Terneuzen, the Westerschelde or through the deciduous forest of Plasschaert. Visit the fortified town of Hulst or the cities of Middelburg and Antwerp. The Belgian city of Ghent is 32 km away. The house has a private garden with a terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the meadows. The garden is fenced off in such a way that dogs can also walk around there safely and independently. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a fridge and a freezer. There is WiFi in the house and a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. A bicycle shed is available. In the vicinity of the holiday home there is a golf course, an indoor ski hall and a public swimming pool.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Prachtige omgeving. Huis is gedateerd maar heel prettig om te verblijven

Rust en ruimte. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de buurvrouw Linda met de sleutel. Bij binnenkomst waren we verrast door de mand vol lekkere spullen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, hoewel sommige meubels wat gedateerd zijn. Maar dat heeft ook zijn charme. De tuin heeft verschillende zitjes, er is altijd een schaduwplek, De omgeving is bij uitstek geschikt voor fietsen en wandelen. Elk dorp heeft zijn eigen geschiedenis, meestal samenhangend met de 80-jarige oorlog. Veel overblijfselen van de Spaans-Staatse linie zijn nog zichtbaar in het landschap. Het is een vogelrijk gebied, langs de kust en vooral het verdronken land van Saeftinghe. Ondanks de extreme hitte hebben we een prima week gehad en het huis en de omgeving zijn de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen. Gemma en Kees, Dordrecht

Fijne ontvangst door de dames. Hele leuke en goed gevulde welkomsmand. Keurig en vooral schoon huis. prima voorzieningen. Met ander woorden een uitstekend verblijf om vandaar uit leuke trips te maken.

Compleet huisje in een agrarische omgeving. Ligt aan een ietwat drukke weg, dus er is wat herrie van langsrijdend autoverkeer. De plaatsen Hulst, Axel en Terneuzen liggen op max. zo'n 15 autominuten rijden. In Axel ligt een mooi bos waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen! De omgeving leent zicht erg goed om te fietsen naar verder bestemmingen zoals Sluis, Cadzand en Breskens.
