Location and setting are phenomenal.

Incredible location and amazing view. This is a very cool hotel and a great place for heading to the volcanoes.
The room doesn't have blackout curtains, so if you want to sleep after sunrise it's tough.

The location was great . If you’re going to walk to the top of the volcano it’s a good spot to spend 2 nights max .
The front desk service not very helpful. The volcano view rooms pictures are somewhat misleading. They need to trim the bushes to see the volcano from your room. There’s no water pressure: I only say this because it’s not a cheap hotel.
