Excellent experience in retro-style apartment <3

Althought it is an apartment and on the ground floor - it had a lot of daylight, very spacious and lovely. We had access to the personal garden where we had breakfasts and this is probably the best breakfast experience I had :) The apartment indeed looks like a granny's house, but in a perfect condition. I love retro style, so to me it was amazing.

As expected, the location is a bit far from the city center (±20 minutes by car / 40 minutes by public transport).

A hidden gem in Rome

It’s a very spacious apartment..we booked for two but the apartment is suitable for a group of 6. The apartment is super clean with everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby which is convenient. Bus stop is within 5m walk and metro is within 15-20m walk.

Basically nothing,but if you are out late to centre, it may be difficult to get a taxi back home.

Exceptional, all the way. This property is spacious, was sparkling clean and pleasantly secluded from the hustle and bustle Roma yet very close to it. Shame we didn’t have a whole lot of time to spend here but I’d love to return someday for sure. Michele was an exceptional host. She answered all our questions and was available via WhatsApp when needed- with her nimble responses.

Nothing for the apartment, the apartment was great. Just our car has been broken and we lost all of the suitcases at the first day we arrived in the center of Roma. Just a reminder for anyone who will come to Roma, be careful with it.

Here was the worst stay I've ever. I arrived just 11:30 p.m to check in. But, the stay owner rejected to check in. because I arrived a little late. I told the stay owner that I came here my children and parents and they were exhausted with long journey. But, the stay owner rejected it. So I found another hotel. you can imagine it, At foreign country, almost midnight, I couldn't use Internet, how difficult we find the hotel with family. It was horrible experience. Even, the stay owner did not refund the cost. She said to request to booking. Com regarding refund. Booking. Com also still is no answer after requesting refund.

Amazing place - recommend it

Very spacious place, private parking is a plus and terrace is great. The flat has also aircon which is super useful in the summer. Michela is a great host, she kept checking on us during our weekend to make sure we are ok and have everything we need.

Amazing

The house is so comfortable and beautiful, everything was clean and really complete in order to make you feel like home. The most incredible were the hosts Michela and Fabrizio, they help us a lot when we were lost and with recommendations about the city and the also show us touristic places.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at Granny’s Home! Lovely Roman apartment, host Michela and family are really friendly. We felt very at home, the good care of the host made our stay in Rome extra special. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden was lovely. It is easy to take the bus and metro to the city center. There is a parc nearby with a children playground; to our surprise we could see the dome of the st Peter basilisk from the parc.

a very nice stay with an excellent host!

The host Michela was super friendly and helpful. She gave as a lot of advice about good places to eat and places to go. She even looked up train connections to Pompeii for us because we had problems with the italian websites! Also she answered all our questions at the beginning as well as during the stay and was really fast in writing back. Her English is very good. Getting an returning the keys was no problem at all. Also we liked that the house was really big and a little bit away from the city centre. We recommend to visit the park close to the house and enjoy the view to St. Peter's Basilica.

First of all our negative points are all very minor. We really liked the house and enjoyed the stay. ...so, the metro station is not so close - so you eighter need to take a bus or walk about 15minutes. Unfortunately there were also some mosquitoes, so it is clever to bring some insect repellent. The house also has some (which is very nice, but we discovered it too late). The garden is mostly located in the front on the side of the street - so people can watch you if you are outside. And last but not least the house is, although the neigbours are very quite, not so soundproofed (you can hear if someone upstairs opens e.g. a door etc...), but we didnt had any problems with that :)

Ampi e luminosi spazi interni, ottima la pulizia, giardino privato con posto auto. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto empatici, ottima la comunicabilità. Metro e bus in zona a portata di mano. Struttura sicuramente da consigliare.

Fijn appartment, fantastische host, ontspannen locatie net buiten de drukke stad

Locatie vlakbij het openbaar vervoer, ideaal! Gratis parkeerplek, je wil daar ook niet aan de weg staan. De host, Michela, is ook super vriendelijk en niks is haar te veel gevraagd. Fijn ook dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is, met een kleintje geen overbodige luxe. Je bent zo in het centrum van Rome met de metro of de bus. Ondanks dat je midden in een woonwijk zit, is het ‘s avonds erg rustig.

Niet alles was even schoon in het appartement en de bedden waren voor ons iets te hard (dat is natuurlijk per persoon verschillend). Misschien nog als tip; een theedoek voor de afwas, misschien een nieuw wasrekje buiten (hij is een aantal keer ingestort met schone was) en voor gezinnen met kleintjes een kinderstoel. Maar over-all een heel fijn verblijf!

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir waren mit dem Auto in Rom und dafür war die Lage genial. Einfach auf dem privaten abgeschlossen Parkplatz das Auto abstellen und die Stadt bequem mit der Metro erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht und abends kann man gemütlich im Eigenen Garten sitzen und das in der Stadt. Absulut top und zu empfehlen.

Está tudo perfeito, o pai e a Michela são pessoas extraordinárias. E correu tudo bem. A limpeza foi impressionante, visto que a minha amiga tinha um problema asmático. Uma sugestão ter uma brochura com indicações sobre o Wi-Fi, o lixo, etc.
