Located in a quiet street overlooking the city, 4 minutes' walk from the Battistini metro station (with which you can reach the Vatican City or the Spanish Steps in a few minutes). Adjacent to Via Boccea, renowned for its shops, bars, restaurants, parks, various services.

Consisting of: 2 large bedrooms fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror (one room also equipped with an armchair bed of 90x200 mt. and a cot for children, and a cot for children on request), in which you will find an iron and ironing board, electronic safe and electric shutters with blackout curtains. Super-equipped kitchen area, equipped with sink, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, moka, crockery and various utensils). Relaxing dining area with large table, chairs, bench, cupboard and large Smart TV.
