Great contact with very friendly and helpful host - we got very detailed instruction, everything was perfectly arranged House is located in a complex of 50 houses, just in front of lovely swimming pool House is fully equipped except of dishwasher. Ouside there are sun loungers and a barabecue. It is very spacious - perfect for two families travelling together. Kids loved swimming pool, which is only few steps away from the house. Only few houses in the complex were full (we counted 8 cars in the complex including two cars of ours) The whole complex is surrounded by forests and wild nature and it is a little bit far away from so called civilization, which is great experience for people who want to relax, however - it has one disadvantage: main road to the complex Good location - only 30 minutes from Sunny Beach and Nessebyr, 15 minutes from Irakli Beach (by car)

Only one disadvantage - minus one star for main road to the complex. I know that the owner has very limited affect to that (if any) - but it resembles more mountain road than forest road. There are some parts with very sharp and big stones. I have been driving many difficult roads in the mountains in Montenegro, Albania or North Macedonia - and this road was one of most demanding. Don't get me wrong and don't be scared - I was driving normal car and the road is definitely passable, but you have to drive very slowly and carefully. The lenght is about 1300 metres. The owner told me, that they are planning to start to repair the road bit by bit. Except of that - overall experience is very positive :)

The house owner offered wonderful assistance from distance. Everything was perfectly arranged by him. The house is lovely, the view is stunning. The house is located at 10 minutes by car from the most marvelous wild beach in Bulgaria Irakli. The house is part of a complex of 50 house surounded by nice forest within the wild nature. Only five of the other houses was full. It was very quiet and relaxing. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances except dishwasher. All the rooms are large an comfortable. There is enough space for 8 people. Me and my family had a great time. I recommend with both hand for people who enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay close to the nature.

The path from the main road to the house. It's 2 km. of a dirt road. I am with a pick up truck and this didn't bother me, but I guess it will be hard for a normal car.
