There was a market on the day of arrival (Sunday) so we could not go by car directly to the appartment. That is a bit uncomfortable with all the luggage.

Host gentile e disponibile e struttura pulita . Tuttavia necessita di manutenzione riscaldamenti ed un maggiore confort

Struttura pulita con parcheggio interno gratuito a due passi dal centro.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento ad aria che purtroppo non è stato risolto per tempo visto il periodo di festa. L’appartamento ha raggiunto o 15 gradi e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Peraltro è costante il rumore di ventole e motori anche notturni. Infine il 3 letto di fatto è molto arrangiato e scomodo.

Sollte wir wieder nach Cremona kommen, übernachten wir sicher wieder dort!

Wir waren sehr überrascht über das schöne, große Apartment. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super und die Eigentümerin war innerhalb von 5 Minuten da. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren super sauber und es war alles Top, Modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und funktional. Auch unser Auto hatte einen Parkplatz, wobei die Einfahrt schon ziemlich eng war. Das Apartment ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, man ist in 5 Minuten dort. Ich habe auch etwas im Schrank vergessen und die Eigentümerin hat mir meine Sachen gleich mit der Post nachgeschickt. Danke nochmal dafür!!!

Leider ist schräg Gegenüber eine Bar, die man ein wenig hört. Aber wenn die Fenster zu sind, hört man fast gar nichts.

Posizione ottima, con parcheggio interno. La casa è ben accessoriata. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile.

C'è qualche lavoretto di manutenzione da fare (ante cucina, mobile bagno). Nelle due notti passate ci sono stati vari rumori (musica del bar, lavatrici, ecc.)

Ideal für ein Kurztrip nach Cremona!

Die Lage ist super, Zentrum zu Fuss in 10 Min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gross, frischrenoviert, und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und bei diesen heissen Temperaturen hilfreich.Preis/ Leistung gut, kein Parkplatzproblem, da Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert. Nette Gastgeber! Ein super Aufhenthalt ! 😀Empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder👍😊

Meraviglioso!

Nico,il proprietario è di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche! Mi è venuto a prendere in stazione e si è offerto di riaccompagnarmi anche alla partenza:sebbene partissi di mattina prestissimo! L’appartamento mi è piaciuto tantissimo:pulito,accogliente,molto spazioso! C’erano cialde per il caffè,lavatrice,persino il condizionatore in camera! Ho trovato il letto(nel mio caso singolo) comodissimo! Anche il bagno molto bello:soprattutto doccia ampia e spaziosa! L’appartamento si trovava a 5 minuti dal Teatro Ponchielli, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e c’erano la Coop e un bar a due passi! Ho trascorso 3 giorni meravigliosi visitando le bellezze artistiche di Cremona! Grazie di cuore ancora a Nico! Ida

Alloggio super!

L’appartamento è molto silenzioso, riservato, ma al contempo a due passi dal centro. C’è possibilità di parcheggio e di tenere un animale da compagnia. Mi sono trovata benissimo
