I didn't like it.

The apartment is large. The keys are obtained through the owner. There are two bedrooms, a small living room. It is fine for one night, but I do not recommend it for more.

The address is wrong. The building is at 71B and has a bad appearance. The residents in the block looked like people from social centers. The owners emphasized that the door should always be locked. The kitchen, although equipped, is uncomfortable, resembling a narrow corridor leading to the small bathroom with toilet. This bathroom is difficult to use because water flies everywhere. Cleanliness is questionable. There is no parking. If you are lucky you will park on the street.

Quality, spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a short of long stay. I think it was even nicer in person than in the pictures. It is an easy walk to the enter of old town and a short drive to the modern part of the city. The owner is very responsive (using Google translate to communicate). Street parking is easily available.

Descrizione su booking errata, Host non è stato disposto ad venirci incontro

C'è stato un errore perchè come si vede in foto nella descrizione figurano 4 camere da letto, quindi disposto ad ospitare 6 persone, con un letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli, un letto a castello e un divano letto. Al nostro arrivo le camere da letto erano solamente 2 (non 3 come si vede dalle foto: una doppia, una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello più singolo) più un soggiorno con divano letto. Abbiamo fatto presente alla struttura le problematiche, chiedendo un rimborso parziale o per lo meno un adeguamento di prezzo dato che gli ospiti alla fine sono dovuti diminuire da 5 a 3 proprio per la scomodità e che abbiamo preso un altro hotel a nostre spese ma e non siamo minimante stati ascoltati e abbiamo avuto anche lamentele al momento del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno che si paga a persona.

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente carino nuovo..c' è tutto quello che serve

Il condominio è brutto e sporco ,da l'entrata esce cattivo odore. Gli stessi 2 mozziconi di sigarette a terra per tre giorni. Consiglio di considerare il portone e l'androne parte dell' accoglienza e provvedere alla pulizia . Su booking era presente una foto riferita al condominio accanto

Mooi modern ingericht appartement. Goede bedden, prima douche en wifi. Parkeren voor het appartement. Locatie prima, 5 minuten vN het centrum. Probleem met sleutel werd meteen opgelost. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwen-heer.

Vraiment très pratique et pas loin du centre

Beaucoup aimé : - les deux salles de bain. - Les lits confortables, - la situation géographiques qui permet d'aller dans le centre de cremone assez rapidement. - La faciliter de garer sa voiture dans la rue. - La cuisine tres pratique. - l'appartement vraiment spacieux - être au rez de chaussé

- La difficulté de discuté avec le propriétaire qui tardait a me donner les informations que je demandai par booking. La taxe de séjour qui n'est pas de 2 euros mais de 3. - Peut-être l'ouverture du portail extérieur qu'il faut ouvrir par l'intérieur.

Die anderen miter im haus, sah auh wie sozialer brennpunkt. Man soll die tür immer abschließen sagtt man mir bei der Schlüssel übergabe… besser ist das! Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt!!

Tutto perfetto, posizione vicinissima al centro e con parcheggio libero nella via, il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile, appartamento completo di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno, curato in ogni dettaglio e completamente ristrutturato Consigliatissimo

Satisfaisant

Appartement irréprochable, aménagé avec le souci manifeste de satisfaire les visiteurs. Salle de bain et chambres impeccables. Coin cuisine relativement exigu mais vaste salon. Accueil très sympatique (en dépit d'un quiproquo entièrement de notre faute à notre arrivée) Très proche de beaucoup de centres d 'intérêt.

Le prix ! Beaucoup trop cher, particulièrement à cette époque de l'annèe surtout sans parking privé. On ne se gare pas forçément facilemùent dans la rue
