The location of the property is excellent. 5 - 10 minutes from the beach and the main town of Tenby. 3 minutes from a large supermarket and 5 minutes from the train station. The facilities in the property were excellent.
This wasn’t an issue for us and it might be documented in the description but it isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are steps at the rear of the property and a high step into the front door.

Excellent location close to town. Spacious property, welcoming, clean and homely. Owner was excellent at responding to any queries we had. We loved our stay there.
2 space car parking shared with flat below. You may need to manoeuvre around each other or move cars to get in and out. Didn't affect us for our stay as the other car didn't need to move. Multi storey parking also available close by.

Great location, comfortable beds, host really good at giving local information which was appreciated.
Property poorly maintained. Scruffy in areas. Garden in a poor state, overgrown, patio uneven (tripping hazard) and rusty metal chairs only to sit on. Lounge sofa covers were filthy. Badly stained and dirty,presumably from dogs. Covers are ikea removable, washable, replaceable, so no excuse.
