Perfect base for 8, pets allowed

Lovely base, facilities excellent, had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like hairdryers in several rooms. Would be great to have had a mirror in the bunk bed room and a full length mirror somewhere in the house.

Perfect location, everything you need for a lovely break away. Would definitely come back to stay. Check in was simple instructions was clear.

We were 7 friends (mix of individuals and couple’s) and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in March. Enough space to cook/eat and watch TV (the rugby was on). Yes you have to sort out the recycling, but it’s not a problem. The beds were comfortable especially the master bedroom where I stayed. Great location, and we were lucky enough to get parking in the street too. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy communication with hosts. Appreciated the prosecco on arrival. Very well prepared house for relaxing days with books, games, etc. 3 bathrooms helped a lot with family logistics. Cosy duvets, fluffy towels.

Mattress base was in poor condition in one of the rooms (slates moving and falling). Recycling instructions a bit confusing but suppose it is a Tenby issue, not the house to blame. Comprehensive house instructions though.

Quiet residential street, just one minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk to the main town, Sainsburys about 5 minutes walk. House was lovely and as described, wifi excellent. Owners left us a nice bottle of Preseco and a (very out of date packet of Welsh Cakes) generally everything was great for six 60+ ladies there could have been a few extra touches that would have made our stay more comfortable and 10/10 such as some blankets or fleecy throws, the all of our quilts were far to hot, thick and bulky, we all had restless nights. The kitchen could have done with better crockery and glasses . No wine glasses only champagne flutes, no big frying pan, just a tiny one and a Wok, no whisk, I had to borrow from the neighbour's, as needed one. Only 2 t towels and 2 dishwasher tablets for 6 people for 3 days, not enough, small things but things that made a big difference to our comfort and enjoyment, but still a great place .very clean and good value

The house was so clean and comfortable, felt at home with the comfy sofas and beds. There was a complementry bottle of prosecco and welsh cakes which was a nice touch. The owners had also provided fresh milk with tea and coffee so we didn't have to go straight to the shop and could relax after the long drive. There were many amenities such as towels, spare blankets, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer in every room. We were astonished by the amount of kitchen utensils provided made cooking so much easier. Overall I was amazed by the little details that the owners had provided. We had a lovely time exploring tenby and relaxing would definitely come and stay again. 😊

The only thing I'd recommend is a newer big frying pan, the small ones we're perfectly fine but the big one was a bit rusty.

The location was amazing. House was well equipped. Rooms spacious, calm and relaxing. Communication with host was very good.

Wonderful house with plenty of space. Spotlessly clean. The house had all the facilities you need for a family trip away. Great attention to detail, including USB plug sockets!!

The only negative thing was there was no where to hang/ dry our wet clothes and towels, from being on the beach. The garden Court yard was a lovely space but no washing line or airer.

The house was perfect for our weekend away with family - the photos didn’t do it justice.

The slats in one bed were damaged which meant the mattress dipped a little

Gorgeous house in a great location, quiet street but so close to the centre, less than 5 minute walk. The photos don't do the house justice, it's so much nicer than other similar we have stayed in, feels like you are staying in someone's home in a good way, lots of lovely photos, ornaments and lamps.beds were super comfy, hairdryer in ever room, lovely soft towels and lush showers. We will definitely return.Highly recommend the baytree for food, especially Saturday night as they have a great singer. The Westgate house was also a good stop for breakfast.

Really good location, right in the centre which was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked, with both essential ingredients and equipment, allowing us to cook for 8 people! Overall the house was great, and felt spacious enough for all of us which was great.

Unfortunately we weren't able to use the DVD player as the remote was broken!

Everything! It really was the 'Perfect base for 8.' There were 6 of us & it was fabulous! Great communication from Lou before our stay. Lovely, thoughtful welcome pack. House clean, comfortable, well stocked & beautifully decorated. Excellent location in a quiet street, a short walk from the centre of Tenby & the fabulous beaches.

Information in the house book stating the rubbish can be taken to the local refuse collection point is incorrect. The refuse site has to be booked and is only accessible if you are a resident of Tenby. Property would benefit from having a retractable washing line.

Very clean and a great location!

Lack of parking directly outside as it’s residents only but good that train station is not too far. Parking metres at the station are a little tricky due to limited internet service so downloading the app was impossible. Maybe it would be helpful to have a link to the parking metre.
