The location a little way up the hill was ideal. It afforded incredible views. The villa was large and had everything we needed. The garden and pool were stunning.

The pool area was especially popular with the children, as the pool is large and has a shallow section where even young children can swim without flotation aids.
Although the hosts live in another part of the villa, they are hardly noticeable and do not disturb the guests’ privacy or relaxation.
We would definitely stay at this villa again when visiting the region, and I highly recommend it to others as well.
There was no outdoor barbecue area.

Villa Santimone was absolutely beautiful, it really exceeded my expectations, and the hosts are so welcoming, we truly felt at home with them. Nothing was too much and they even helped with reservations and recommendations. Thank you Cosimo and Ena, we will miss you!

The villa was beautiful - very spacious. It was immaculate. There were amazing views from the balcony. The pool and the gardens were beautiful and you have private use of the pool. The owners were so friendly.
Being from UK and visiting when most days the temperature was 35 degrees, the property didn’t have air conditioning but it did stay reasonably cool and there were fans in the bedrooms. You are able to cool off in the pool! You will also need a car as nearest restaurant about 2km down steep hill!
