Villa Don Luigi

Prachtige villa en domein. De gastvrouw had zelfs ingrediënten klaargezet om een pasta te maken, waaronder tomaten uit eigen tuin, alsook wat voor het ontbijt. Heerlijke ontvangst dus! De foto’s zijn zeker niet gelogen, in tegendeel, het was nog mooier in het echt!! De ligging is prachtig, maar wel wat afgelegen- je moet wat omrijden om naar bijv Positano te gaan. Wel kan je beneden het kleine strandje Furore Fjord via de trappen bereiken. Je moet wel in goede conditie zijn: 2000 trappen 😛

I did a ton of research before choosing a place to stay, and I’m so glad I picked this one. The place is AMAZING, and the host, Rachele, was equally amazing. She was incredibly easy to reach and helped us plan so many of our activities. The view is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. You also have access to her garden, where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. On our first night, we made pasta sauce using tomatoes and herbs from the garden, which made the experience even more special. My kids loved the garden, it’s the first place they went to every morning. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It will always hold a special place in my heart. We did a tour of Europe and this our family’s favorite place. They need to charge more for this place. It is far too cheap for how much it has to offer.

I loved it here. Of course you have to be ready for lots of steps, but that’s the entire Amalfi coast.

Our stay at Villa Don Luigi was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The views are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the ideal place to relax while exploring the Amalfi Coast. A very special thank you to Rachele, who is an exceptional host. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, and always willing to help. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured that everything was perfect. Her hospitality and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. We are so grateful for this wonderful experience and will always cherish the memories we made here.
