The location was nice but the smell and housekeeping were not great

Well located Parking

There was a constant smell from the gutter in the bathroom and the kitchen which was really unpleasant to leave with. The bathroom wasn’t too clean. Overall the flat was quite dusty.

We both had a good night's sleep in cosy beds. A tad compact for a family. I would return.

Location great. Supermarket just down the road and the tram just up the road. Communication Great. No trouble accessing the place at all. Up a few steps which were no problem for us. The hire car was safe off the street. Quiet. Love the shower, so nice to have a decent wash after being in cramped bathrooms with poor pressure prior.

I couldn't find an iron - not a biggy but I had underestimated the weather. Not a biggy but I would have liked a few more options for utensils and pots n pans. We ate out and made scrambled egg so it wasn't a problem for two. I didn't need to do any washing at this time but maybe it would be problem for a family 🤔

A small but well appointed apartment with good access to the city and off street parking

This property is located relatively close to Orleans historic centre, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The first floor apartment's interior looks new and modern including comfortable bedrooms and a modern kitchen. Off street parking is available behind the apartment which is a bonus.

The kitchen/ living area is rather small and less suited to accomodate more than two people, if staying for more than a couple of days.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, praktisch als Zwischenstopp war der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Preis Leistung top. Vom Cafe über Essig/ Öl und einer kalt gestellten Flasche Wasser - wirklich nett und top

Sauber, schön, gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt aber nah an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, unkomplizierter Check-in. Alles super!

Die Größe des Appartements war in Ordnung. Es gab einen sehr großen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 3 km bis in die Innenstadt.

Der Vermieter hat gute Ideen mit der Einrichtung, allerdings wird es nicht richtig gepflegt. Auch die Küchenausstattung in den Schubläden war nicht so sauber. Wir haben nicht gekocht, deshalb war es für uns nicht schlimm, aber für länger möchte ich hier nicht sein.
