Overall I recommend this accommodation and we will use in the future if needed.

The place was very clean and well equipped. The room and place had all that we needed. Kitchen equipped well enough. Key take over with a guard (very nice to us) was prepared in advance so no surprises. Very good communication from the owner.

The only think was that in the night we could hear neighbors talking and having loud music turned on. The walls are probably very thin.

Good location in Bansko

Very nice location, in the woods , ideal to go down by sky almost in front of the apartment complex ( if it is snow). Very well placed to acces the upper resort parkings and avoid crowded gondola.

Unfortunately the inner apartments have very thin walls and if you have the bad luck to be accomodated near a "whole season" party people like it was for us in the apartment #2, it might be challenging to get rest after a full day of skying. I recommend to contact the host asap in those cases so that the music from the neighbours dont get too loud.

It was ok

The apartment is big and well equiped. It was quiet when we stayed during the summer because the building was nearly empty. It's also surrounded by forest so you ha e fresh air. There are also a lot of springs with potable water in the arra. The apartment administrator was helful (we cpuldn't find the address, on Booking it is not complete) and he came by car to guide us. He also helped us with a parking spot, even though it is not included in the facilities (the underground parking seems emptier because it's summer).

It's not so close to the gondola as I expected. When walking at night to the apartment, you need a flashlight because there are about 200 m without public lighting.
