Green Life, Bansko, private property in the complex Paradiso Verde, apartman C23

Location is great, right next to the forest and main road into the mountains. You may need a car to go downtown unless you enjoy walking about 1km, which is absolutely fine, too. The view from the balcony (apt is on the second floor) is magnificent - looking straight to some snowy peaks to the left and to Bansko and the Rila mountain to the right. It also has a very nice swinging chair on it. Add birds' songs and nature's sounds to it and you get a picture-perfect experience. Sanitary supplies were awesome, they even had mini toothpaste sets waiting for us 🥰 There were also some kitchen supplies that came in really handy like coffee, sugar, oil, and soluble chocolate drinks. Access to the hotel's spa center costs additional 18 euros per adult and 9 euros per child up to 12 years old (info as of May 2026), but you can't get in and out whenever you want - you pay, go in, and if you get out you need to pay again to get in. The spa has a mid- to small-sized pool, a Finnish sauna, an aroma sauna, a steam bath, and a tepidarium. I loved it that in this season there were almost no other people in town, in the hotel, in the spa, or wherever else - so we had everything to our own use 😁 The apt also has a fireplace, but I can't say if it's working 😊

The sofa is not comfortable for adults to sleep on it (we gave the bedroom to the kids, so we don't wake them up when we make coffee early in the morning) - both my husband and I had bad back pain after spending 3 nights on it. The balcony was dirty.

Spacious and very clean apartment.

The location is not great, 20 minutes walk to the gondola, half of the way is trough the woods. The apartment itself wasn’t cozy at all, it’s absolutely like the pictures, so this is our fault. It was very hot, we couldn’t sleep well. Parking space is very limited.

False Information. This is not a Resort/Hotel. Private flat without hotel service and the Spa/Pool was not included. Only after contacting the owner and complained we got the spa included (as described at booking.com)
